Meet Nelson Paredez-Parks, a dynamo transforming the youth in the entertainment industry. Renowned for his eclectic skill set, Nelson embodies multiple roles. In his youth, he worked as an actor and a commercial casting session director before becoming a sought-after acting coach. He has coached hundreds of actors in classes and workshops, employing his creative and breakthrough acting techniques.
As an acknowledged expert in the entertainment industry, Nelson’s insights have been featured on prestigious platforms such as “Access Hollywood,” “E! Entertainment,” and “Channel 5 News,” along with numerous leading newspapers and radio shows. These appearances have reinforced his status as an industry luminary.
Nelson Paredez-Parks is a transformative force in the entertainment industry, known for his leadership of The ESI Network, a premier talent management company. With over 35 years in the entertainment industry, Nelson has shaped the careers of talents like Ashton Sanders from “Moonlight,” that won an Oscar for Best Picture, Malcolm David Kelley from “Lost,” which won an Emmy and the platinum band “MKTO”, that broke the charts with the hit song “Classic”.
Nelson’s diverse roster includes actors he has placed in prominent Series Regular roles. Aria Brooks in “Better Nate than Ever” (Disney), Everett Osborne in “Sweetwater” (Briarcliff Entertainment), Jojo Regina in both “Where the Crawdads Sing” (Netflix/Hello Sunshine/Sony 3000) and “Spider and Jessie” (Independent film), and Aliyah Camacho in “Dr. Strange Into The Multiverse” (Marvel) all owe their cinematic successes to Nelson.
In the commercial realm, Nelson has been instrumental in placing actors in ad campaigns for industry giants like Adidas, Calvin Klein, Chase Bank, and McDonald’s, and hundreds more. His entrepreneurial past ventures include organizations he founded and co founded businesses like “Talent Plan,” a celebrity and impersonation company, “Break for Breakfast” a large networking group for a couple years in Hollywood, “Rise up Entertainment” which developed a series of commercial spots which Nelson directed and produced, and “Kidz Eyes,” a non profit company that provided arts scholarships to underprivileged kids in the Los Angeles area. and By combining his robust educational background from Columbia College and USC with a passion for mentorship, Nelson Paredez Parks continues to influence the entertainment industry.
